The Maison Tézier brand, formerly Gilibert & Tézier, was born at the end of the 19th century in Valence, France, with the creation of the Vermicellerie Gilibert et Tézier. At that time, it was already recognized for the quality of its pasta sold under the brand "La Poule". The Tézier family, passionate about gastronomy, perpetuates its know-how from generation to generation, developing exceptional pasta made from high-quality durum wheat semolina.

From 1925 to 1975, the family transformed the old moulin de la Verneau in Bédarrides (Vaucluse) into an artisanal factory. It is there that the famous Tézier stuffed pasta — cannelloni, lasagna, and shells — became emblematic of French family cooking. In 1975, the company EURPAL (European Food Products Company) took over and continued production using traditional methods from its historic site at 46 boulevard Kraemer, 13014 Marseille.

The Tézier brand is registered under the names "TEZIER Les pâtes à farcir" and "Depuis 1925 Tézier Tradition & Qualité", and today remains a reference in the field of premium French pasta. (Do not confuse with the Tezier seed brand, belonging to another group.)
